Salted Caramel Beach Bars

Salted Caramel Beach Bars
We baked these for the first time after a low-tide walk on Topsail Island, the kind of afternoon where you come home sandy, sunburned, and starving. They disappeared before the oven fully cooled, so now we keep a batch in the freezer for exactly that mood.
